II DAY Breakfast. Checkout from the hotel. Two hours sightseeing of old town: Old Bazaar, Pasha’s Hamam, Ottoman Hans, Church of Holly Salvation, etc. Lunch in traditional restaurant. Visit to St. Panteleimon Monastery deep in the nearest mountain – Vodno. Departure, towards Mavrovo National park and the unique Radika River Valley in the west part of the country. Visit of Bigorski Monastery well known by its unique iconostasis from XIX c. Arrival on Ohrid Lake. Hotel accommodation in Ohrid town. Dinner & Overnight. 190 km
III DAY Breakfast. Half day Ohrid city tour with sightseeing: Church of St. Mother of God, visit to Icon Gallery, Plaoshnik area with rebuilt St. Clement church and the first Slavic University, St. John Church in Kaneo (spectacular view of Lake), etc. Lunch in traditional Macedonian restaurant (fish menu with famous Ohrid’s trout fish). After the lunch, drive along beautiful Ohrid lake coast and arrival at the south part of the lake and St. Naum monastery complex. Unforgettable boat trip above the springs of Crn Drim River. Return to Ohrid to the hotel. Dinner & Overnight. 30 km
IV DAY Breakfast. Checkout from the hotel. Departure to Bitola. Visit of Heraclea – ancient site founded by Philip II of Macedonia, the father of Alexander the Great. Going to wine region of Tikvesh.
